We would rather be judged on the promises we actually make than on quotes you have no way of checking. Everything below applies to every stay, and you are welcome to hold us to it.
We require a meet-and-greet before any first stay, and it is free. Your bird gets to be somewhere new while you are still in the room, and we get to learn its personality, diet, and routine before it ever stays a night.
Every client gets a daily photo and a plain note on how their bird ate, slept, and settled — sent by text, email, or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. On extended stays we add a weekly wellness summary covering appetite and behaviour.
Daily sitting starts at $26, overnight boarding at $36 a night, and extended stays of seven days or more are $30 a day. If the number of birds or a special requirement changes that, we tell you the number before you commit, not after.
Bring your bird's own cage, favourite toys, and regular food — familiar things genuinely reduce stress, so we actively encourage it. If it is easier for you, we have clean, spacious cages here and can source most common diets.
Feeding, behaviour, and anything else that matters goes into a written record during the stay, so the handover when your bird comes home is complete and honest rather than a summary from memory.
We watch appetite, droppings, feather condition, and behaviour closely. If anything concerns us we contact you immediately and, with your permission, take your bird to a qualified avian vet. You are not told at pickup.
